KAWASAKI INDIA LAUNCHED ITS VERY OWN SMARTPHONE APP NAMED AS IKM CONNECT
The very well known Japanese two-wheeler manufacturer Kawasaki recently launched its own Application for the benefits if their customer. The App is named as IKM Connect, currently it is launched only for the existing customers.This app is developed to help the customers for the maintenance of their Kawasaki Motorcycles.
The IKM Connect enables the cutomers to get the key services for their bike, customer can schedule the service of their Kawasaki Motorcycle customer can easily schedule their bike to service on their fingertips without facing any issue.
The Kawasaki customer can easily track the past services of the bike under the Service Health tab. Besides, this customer will also be able keep track of the Service Camp Dates which will be operated by Kawasaki's mobile service van.
The best feature of IKM Connect is the Accessories section where the customer will be able to see the genuine merchandise, apparels and vehicle accessories which are used in the International market.
Existing customer can easily register on App with On-Time registration, if unable to then they can contact to nearest Kawasaki dealership. IKM Connect is only available for the Android users, but soon will also be available for the iOS users too.
After this step taken by the Kawasaki India the aftersales of their bikes will obviously get boosted because of the customer focused intention of Kawasaki Motorcycles.
HOW TO SCHEDULE SERVICE ON IKM CONNECT:
Step 1:
Downlaod the IKM Connect Application from Play Store of your Android device.
Step 2:
Login with your registered Mobile number.
Step 3:
After the login, you will get to see various features provided by IKM Connect such as:
- My Bike: It will enable the existing customer to see the profile of their of bike.
- Inbox: To check the Inbox messages from Kawasaki India.
- Service: Where you can schedule the service of bike.
- Products: Where will get to see the various genuine merchandise and accessories provided by Kawasaki in International market.
- SOS and Hotline: Where the customer can give feedback regarding the application and also can get connected to the call center of Kawasaki service center if facing any issue.
Just Click on the Service Tab.
Step 4:
In Service tab you will get to see the features such as:
- Scheduling a Service
- Cancel a Service
- View Service Record
- Service Health
